2. Referrals & Submissions

Affiliates submit leads and sales via our intuitive online forms and workflows. By submitting information through the ONE Network platform:

• You warrant that you have the right or consent to provide the contact details for business referral purposes.
• You acknowledge that ONE Network Exchange will process submitted leads in accordance with our strict confidentiality commitments.

3. Income Disclaimer & Commissions

While ONE Network Exchange provides technology and opportunities to generate income, individual earnings depend entirely on personal effort, network reach, and successful conversion of referred business. ONE Network Exchange does not guarantee specific earnings or fixed income results.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, software workflows, technology, and site content remain the exclusive property of ONE Network Exchange. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use authorized marketing materials solely for promoting referrals under this program.

5. Limitation of Liability

ONE Network Exchange shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the affiliate program or use of the network platform.
